How to order a shipment?

When all your items arrive to jauce facilities in Japan, you will be notified by an email. Then you can go through and order a shipment through the member area (login required)
A popup window will open with the step by step instructions:

Step1. Delivery address and items to ship:
Your profile address is set as the default shipment address. However, you can also enter a different address. At this step, you can select the items to be shipped.
Step2. Shipment method:
You can compare the "Estimated delivery fees"  displayed at this step and select a shipment method
Step3. Packing
Enter whether or not you want a "repacking service"
Step4. Invoice
Fill the fields required for the invoice description to be sent attached to your item(s). Please note that we do not send items with descriptions such as "Gift", "Free sample" etc.
Step5.
Review and confirm your order.
